Why doesn't Acrobat X Pro recognize my scanner?

i running paralles desktop windows 10 on macbook pro.  acrobat x pro not recognize scanner. can scan documents on mac os10 side mac previews , application called pdfscanner.  have repaired acrobat x pro installation once.  there suggestions?

my printer scanner anon mx870.  i've updated drivers reinstalled them ensure they're current.

things check.

1. did install windows drivers scanner windows 10 system?

2. assuming it's usb, did disconnect scanner mac os , connect windows?

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
