Livecycle Designer Support

i run consulting company , purchased livecycle designer in february admin @ time. admin had let go , took computer livecycle downloaded on. have no way of contacting him now. have tried day long in touch @ adobe in regards how can re download product , retrieve login info, have not had success. have been directed 2 different email addresses not valid, , have been provided 2 different phone numbers call not able anywhere. have suggestions of can contact assistance this?

is ever going respond this? don't offer phone support , have no other way of getting support other forum got no response. need know how download software paid or calling credit card company dispute charge, , using every outlet possible make sure people know how terrible customer service has been far.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
