Premiere Pro CC moving extremely slow since upgrading to 2015.3

i updated other day 2015.3 , have had nothing trouble ever since. have tried uninstall , reinstall , tried go 2015.2 version, when did not open of old projects. when moving extremely slow, understatement. takes 9 minutes open project , additional 8-9 minutes video clips show in library. running windows 10 i7 processor along 16g of ram. have never had issues premiere pro cc in past , love it, crazy. have 9 terabyte worth of videos cannot , have 8 days before project due. take me couple days trying do, @ rate moving take me months. can find fix before have switch editing software can meet deadlines.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
