Adobe Premiere Serious Error after adding effects

recently have started running problem adobe premiere close/crash on me message "sorry, serious error has occurred requires adobe premiere pro shut down. attempt save current project."

this happens whenever click "toggle animation" button add motion effect video, whether it's scale, position, etc.

it not happen every time, i'd it's 50% of time. it's extremely frustrating- happens after click, clip doesn't matter- same clip cause error when re-opens won't cause error. have lacie thunderbolt drive plugged in usb 3.0 cable.

 

i have tried cleaning media cache database.

 

i have adobe premiere pro cc 2015.4

i have lenovo laptop using windows 10

processor: intel(r) core(tm) i7-4700mq cpu @ 2.40 ghz 2.40ghz
installed memory(ram): 8.00 gb

system type: 64-bit operating system, x54 based processor

do not count on windows date when comes device drivers

go vendor site sure have updated driver graphic adapter

•nvidia driver downloads http://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

•ati driver autodetect http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool

 

2nd, dual video problems - have dual graphics adapters?

go windows control panel , select hardware , sound , select device manager... in device manager click + sign left of display adapters... , see if 2 listed

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode?
