Outline for cutting wood (vector?) - Adobe Illustrator

hi

i creating gift. it's montage. , 1 of things place on piece of wood name: "rodrigo".
i found store that, if bring them file, vectorial ouline (black) , rest white, it. here was, looking way it... , cant find it...

i prefer to, instead of using font, use writen word have in piece of paper, since has special meaning because of wrote it.

i ask on using handwriteen version , converting desired format/vector/file.

or if that's ask, how can convert text created in illustrator vector ouline.
my english far perfect, sorry.

scan word, in illustrator use window>image trace.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
