Internal server results not arriving when sent from cable networked computer

i using captivate 9 , posting results internal server.

however results appear once same lesson if send computer cable internet connection.

 

this situation:

 

multiple submissions (from different learners) same lesson (desired outcome):

  • when using wireless connection (desktop or device)
  • when published locally (not on web server)
  • when previewed locally in browser (not on web server)

 

submission of data same lesson arrives first time:

  • when data submitted web server version of tutorial computers cable network connections

 

my department must captivate problem given data sends when previewed locally or when using wireless think there else going on.

 

would appreciate ideas

you're saying results appear once multiple submitters, checking results between submissions?

 

it you're overwriting previous users results.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
