Impossible to use premiere element 12.1 !

hello,

 

since 1 year have lot off difficults start premiere element 12.1 (3 times on 4, crash ). starting stay blocked on screen "importerquicktime.prm" , never opened...

 

in fact, can't use software i've paid. have installed last update of software. i'm administrator, have install , uninstall software 4 times. have tried deleting folder prefs in c:\users\my user\appdate\roaming\adobe....

 

all drivers date (graphics, motherboard, network...). can open unpluging network cable. i'm computer scientist, , i've never sow !

 

can me resolve issue ?

your software 3 years old so, unfortunately, adobe won't offer technical support it. why did wait long install it?

 

that said, have quicktime 7, per system requirements program?

 

what operating system using , processor?

 

are saying program won't open you, or open crashes when add video?

 

what model of camcorder video coming , format , resolution it?

 

finally, have tried downloading free trial of version 14 -- see if have same issues it?

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
