Illustrator CS5 stopped working

i went launch illustrator cs5 yesterday, , prompted me agree user agreement. clicked agree, asked me enter serial number. did cs5, , cs2 since original product. says "you need open creative cloud this" creative cloud opens, crashes... , in cycle on , on again. go open illustrator again, , takes me right user agreement. click agree... closes , brings user agreement right up.

i click update in creative cloud, , illustrator cc installed (doesn't work, don't have purchased) uninstall cases of illustrator , reinstall cs5. enter serial numbers again, agree user agreement, , install everything. user agreements pops up. click agree, closes, , pops up. on , on , over.

 

why doing this?!?!?

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
