How change this from digital drawing, to professional logo?

hello all. first post here on adobe forums , i'm hoping little help. have friend of mine in need of logo new business of his. brought project me in hopes create him. after spending time on @ point i'm not liking have yet. not quite finished how make professional logo? hand drawn path that, after complete it, take away professionalism i'm searching for? appreciated whether on technique, style, approach, etc. creating photoshop cc , full cloud member fyi.

when designing logo need consider various situations might used, example how design work in black , white newspaper advertisement? logos created in illustrator not image dependent.

i'm afraid design, mind, doesn't , think friend better off employing professional designer. sorry.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
