Downloading Adobe Air

i have manual on dvd requires adobe air after going adobe.com , doing search found no results. opened chat session , given link www.adobe.com/air tried , when select download button page goes adobe's home page , nothing downloaded. have spent 3 hours going around in circles , still not have adobe air appreciate if can assist me can adobe air. had questioned adobe rep during our chat session , advised ask community @ link assistance apparently adobe have no idea adobe air.

 

the program manual tells me need adobe reader not see have adobe reader , tries install version on dvd fails.

 

i appreciate if assist me in getting air , getting program recognize have reader installed.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
