Can't access chat to cancel subscription

hi.

 

when press x cancel 1 of subscriptions, says contact cancelation.

but there no way concact except here.

 

the chat don't work me.

when try getting chat come page says "contact chat", can't click anything.

there no visible way me access chat?

 

this huge problem.

 

there should not hard cancel subscription.

why not people cancel x?

 

i have 2 plans, both have creative cloud, 1 has user.

i wan't cancel 1 without user on.

you can self cancel adobe stock plan account page.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
