Support closed my subscription

no matter why, i've bought second subscription photographers plan instead of renewal of existed one. nothing worked, yesterday had chat "maria" russian support team , told should close old subscription , on next day ok.

 

but not. more - both of subscriptions missing, can't contact support via chat ("your product not support contact method" or that).

 

so, want money or fix situation disappeared subscription asap.

 

and of course, i'm waiting apologies adobe, because quality of service disappointing (i paid money 3 days ago , still can't use photoshop).

contact support - link below click still need help? option in blue area @ bottom , choose chat or phone option...

make sure logged in adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear cookie cache.  if fails connect try using different browser.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
