Learners forced to Restart Course after New Version Published

our issue occurring when example, learner not able finish course (created in presenter) , exits out. republish new version of training (e.g., update needed, mistake, typo, etc.), next day when learner returns finish training, forced start beginning. long don't publish new version taken left off. however, needing republish new versions, forcing significant number of learners have restart entire training. use adobe connect our lms. there way fix this?

from experience, should happen course in training module of connect if user part way through course , exits restart @ beginning of last slide viewed, , on same version of training started.

 

so, if student taking version 3 of course , 10 slides in, next time access course, should start slide 10 of version 3. should happen if course has been updated version 4 , beyond.

 

now there few variables how not work. suppose first question is, using training module of connect? use right terminology indicate are, never hurts sure.

 

how updating courses? normal work flow publish new version content library, either new content object or updating , existing content object. access course in training library , update content object tied to.

 

if removing old course server , replacing new course same name/etc. seen new training object connect , force learner/student start new course beginning.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
