Photoshop cc crashes on a new laptop with Windows 10

bought new dell laptop windows 10.  installed updates installed adobe cc.  every time photoshop starts crashes same error "adobe photoshop cc 2015.5 has stopped working".  uninstalled , reinstalled no luck. when start ai mouse arrow has circle around working program not respond after starting.  mouse not bring other menu cause disappear immediately.  have close ai work.  if open premier seems work fine.  tried sniffer.exe desktop no luck.  tried renaming libraraylookup file no luck.tried installing c++ redis 2012 no luck.

use windows 10 reliability history viewer cc 2015.5 crashes see show @ fault.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
