LR 6.6.1 - preset installation issues

hi all

 

first off, apologies if not right forum.

 

i having difficulties installing lr 6 presets. running lr 6.6.1 on mac os ox 10.11.5.

 

first off tried using adobe cc download presets, says has done. cannot find "*.lrtemplate" files or *.zip files anywhere.

 

i installed extension manager install downloaded zxp files, cannot find "*.lrtemplate" files, having read relevant download site information seems suggest "*.lrtemplate" files should in downloads cannot find in location.

 

any thoughts / assistance appreciated.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
