Cancelling Adobe Cloud Subscription (Frustrated)

to whom may concern.

 

i have been trying cancel daughter's (whom in school) adobe cloud subscription online instructed (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/cancel-membership.html) unfortunately there no 'cancel button' found. after searching, directed contact page call (singapore: 800 448 1642*) goes through series of voice activated instruction route person in charge. waited on phone 10 minutes, answered , explained cancel daughter's subscription. gave daughter's account email address told pass case person in charge whom call me back. sat wondering kind of company dealing with, when online nor phone not seems work. experience bad, not knowing when adobe person in charge call.

the order has been cancelled.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
