Can I develop Phonegap wiht Node.js & Express Framework?

hello.

we develop webpage use node.js & express framework.

we want bluetooth communication iot.

so want develop application phonegap.

 

can develop webpage native app phonegap?

my webpage running node.js, phonegap running server...

 

if use phonegap, should start beginning...?

plz tell tip...

phonegap client-side solution mobile applications using html, css , javascript.  i'm unclear want application do, there third-party plugins provide of functionality desire.  however, advise develop separate mobile application, since mobile applications , websites different, , putting website in phonegap not create mobile experience.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
