Premiere Pro playback suddenly very choppy with terrible audio

for reason premiere has huge problem playing files back. had been working fine until today.

 

i deleted preferences holding alt + shift trashing user doc files.

 

it didn't fix issue. else should do?

-do not count on windows date when comes device drivers

-go vendor site sure have updated driver graphic adapter

•ati driver autodetect http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool

-with have updated latest mac or windows operating systems?

--both windows 10 , mac el capitan have been known cause problems... operating system?

-with codec details of editing?

-with effects using video?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
