LR 5 / Windows 10 - import doesn't see my photos directory

hey folks,

running lr 5 on windows 10.  worked great until recent update windows.  can't see photos directory in import dialog.  can see drive files on, can't see actual photos directory.

 

one other bit of clarifying information: when windows updated, required windows onilne account created.  account creates new set of home directories appear linked old windows 7 username file structure. appears have changed preventing lr seeing of files on drive.

 

has else seen this?

i don't think has online window account (note never requirement) more permissions.

 

the way test either run lightroom administrator or check uid has full access directories through properties dialog.

 

my guess used single access i'd had administrator access , new 1 created doesn't.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
