Impossible to sign out from Creative Cloud


i'm running lightroom , photoshop cc on workstation windows 10 pc.

 

till days ago fine away couple of weeks without using workstation. today, trying launch lightroom, app refused start, hanging on splash screen. same photoshop.

 

i tried check creative cloud app seems locked account not mine. app tells me verify email address 1 displayed there not correct.

 

i tried follow guide (sign in , sign out activate or deactivate creative cloud apps) preference menu pretty empty, options available "help", "quit" , "lock on taskbar" should windows option. ctrl+alt+r doesn't have effect. available buttons on main screen of app "check again" , "re-send email verification" given email not mine, not have effect.

 

so tried uninstalling apps using windows tools (remember, creative cloud app locked), removed creative cloud app , restarted pc. completed this, downloaded 1 more time creative cloud app main site once installed presents same situation.

 

i repeated previous steps 2 more times (uninstall, reboot, download, install, launch creative cloud app), trying update windows (now i'm anniversary update while first 2 tries previous version) problem remain.

 

i have no more ideas, can please me? i'm pretty stuck.

make sure logged in adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear cookie cache.  if fails connect try using different browser.
