I cannot install the Creative Cloud desktop

when try install cc desktop message:

'adobe creative cloud , required solve problem on damaged or missing . download , install adobe creative cloud again through ' http://adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp '

 

redo creativecloudset -up not help. removing app creative cloud uninstaller gives no result. tried remove of adobe files adobe creative cloud cleaner tool.

 

i had working cc had crash caused virus . many files , including of cc have been removed.

 

what problem?

i have similar problem. tried install cc lr on win 10 laptop, got 42%, uninstalled, used cc cleaner, rebooted (all done several times per troubleshooting instructions). setup not start @ all.

 

i installed on win 10 desktop, no problem.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
