Disable OCR scan

every time open pdf, acrobat ocr scan , text not clear.  how turn off?

acrobat run ocr default in case of opening bpm/tiff images or after clicking edit pdf tool.

for 1st can change acrobat preferences

  1. open acrobat , go edit> preferences
  2. select convert pdf option
  3. select bmp list of file types
  4. click edit settings
  5. check scan optimization checkbox , click settings
  6. uncheck recognize text , ok
  7. it set default off run text recognition bmp files
  8. do same steps tiff images well

if running ocr when click edit pdf tool, there link "revert image" in right hand side under scanned images option. click link , not run ocr after this.

all these settings remain sticky. can change them anytime want.

 

hope resolve issue, please specify steps using otherwise.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
