Confusion with data sources / recordsets..??

i used use dreamweaver heavily.  it's been quite time, though, , i'm loading old project entirely developed "the dreamweaver way" recordsets , use of extensions webassist ecart.

 

i've opened dreamweaver cc 2015.3 , i'm not finding server behaviors anywhere expecting.  when open pages have recordset data on them, or ecart data, etc. don't see windows anywhere showing me data way used see.

 

i did quick search in docs , says should see bindings panel under window -> bindings, not have bindings.  not sure why..?? 

 

i did more digging , found thread said had install extension, , points me path windows vista / windows 7:  c:\program files (x86)\adobe\adobe dreamweaver cc\configuration\disabledfeatures

 

i'm on windows 10, though, , don't have disabledfeatures folder @ path suggested. 

 

i'm confused why extension @ point..??  recordsets 1 of more powerful features of dreamweaver (i thought).  how supposed setup database connections , create , manage database data now? 

 

more importantly, how can old project working same way used to?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
