Best way to blanking out writing on stationary object in static (tripod) footage?

i have 2 camera multicam sequence, 1 cam wide shot, other cam close up. footage taken upon tripod, camera shots static. in footage captured each cam, there stationary object on table in background has writing upon want remove. in footage captured each cam, there simple motion (a person moving slowly) goes in front of object writing want remove. don't want apply effects area occupied object when motion in front of object occurring.

i know how capture frame each cam angle , use photoshop create object blanked out text. think first step after need somehow replace blanked out stationary object without effecting surrounding part of background motion when passes in front of affected object. seems need matte mask things visible portions of object affected reveal blanking out of text.

from searching here , online, best option i've seen far after effects roto brush. after effects roto brushing best avenue here, or there feature @ least start auto-roto'ing me based on movement in front of selected area, object i'm blanking out? (i can't find latter feature.)

when unwanted writing masked person happen @ same time on both cameras?
