Validation Problem: Lightroom 6 "Serial number Provided is valid, but a qualifying product could not be found on this computer"

i have downloaded , installed lightroom 6 new computer.  not validate.

i message, "serial number provided valid, qualifying product not found on computer"

 

 

you've entered upgrade serial number version 6.

 

to verify eligible use upgrade serial number, lightroom 6 installer has searched hard drive earlier version of lightroom installed.

 

since not find earlier version, asking enter serial number earlier version (version 5 or earlier) version 6 upgrade serial number can accepted.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
