Odd issue regarding layered PDFX4As

so, i'm sending number of 2 page layered pdfx4a files printer. when make layered pdfs, can see layers no problem. i'm using acrobat x 10.1.16

when opens files, sees. he's using acrobat pro 9.

any ideas what's going on , how solve?

there no such thing pdfx4a file. assume really mean pdf/x-4.

 

acrobat 9 looked @ layers in pdf/x-4 files in terms of groups of layers defining configuration. changed reflect actual layers in acrobat 10 , later. should assume acrobat 9 did wrong vast majority of cases.

 

acrobat 9 8 year old software version, 3 major versions out of date current version, acrobat dc.

 

you might wish reconsider use of printer using such old, out of date software versions have been dramatically updated in terms of features , bug fixes in interim.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
