Instagram export settings from Lightroom?

hope can me solution this?

i'm having difficulty getting images camera (ricoh gr) near decent when upload them instagram great viewed in iphoto on mac. have tried using both raw , jpeg formats neither make difference when putting onto instagram.

i have read previous forum on suggested using 1080 x 1080 , experimenting quality between 75 100 still blurred , poor quality.

does have other settings work? have version 5.7 of lightroom , exporting them iphone5s upload on instagram.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
