Followed Troubleshooting Guide - Still Can't Print

as description says, have followed troubleshooting guide found here:

 

troubleshoot pdf printing in acrobat , reader

 

i'm unable print in adobe reader xi. can open web viewer , print it, can print every application except adobe reader.

 

i have attempted print image, saved new pdf, restarted, print different printers.....

 

when go view > tools > there no print production option, few drop-downs on right window pane. none of contain print production option.

 

live support doesn't support reader, here find else troubleshoot.

i can't print either, frustrating since paid downloads.  keep getting error messages...cannot print.  no pages have been selected.  i've done can , there's no other here?  really?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
