can't package fonts in InDesign CC 2015

i've packaged files send off printer , when try compress them right-clicking on packaged folder , choosing compress option weird empty dialog box. still generates zip file, can't opened. found if pulled fonts folder out of packaged folder compress packaged folder. doesn't if can't send fonts file. never had problem indesign cs6, since upgraded cc 2015. should mention i'm on macbook pro connected company server. had similar problem after packaging illustrator cc 2015 file couple of weeks ago. frustrating. ideas?

how export pdf , send file?

how put packaging folder on dropbox , send url link person download file?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
