Photoshop CC 2015, Problem installing a Previous version

i have updated copy of cc2015 latest version , has , screwed colour printing. turns out adobe know , working on fix; in meantime in order decent prints again advised download previous version , use printing.  adobe provide pretty instructions on how ( it's never straightforward think)  when follow instructions , go area in creative cloud \ apps , section says "previous versions" supposed allow me download previous version, it's empty no mention go either photoshop or lightroom. go down "find additional apps" section , ask find addition apps, long list of adobe software no mention of photoshop or lightroom.  in short cannot find out how download previous version hacking me off big time ( i'm trying hard not swear @ moment in time).

has idea how can download previous version of photoshop  can decent prints out of this.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
