Multi auto populate AND validate before sending - how?

i have long form has 'user info' , 'supplier info'. form has 3 check boxes, 1 needing selected. 2 of check boxes auto populate section either 'user info' or 'supplier' info 3rd check box leave section of form empty allowing 'translator' fill info.

how do this?

on completion form must validate before sending...

you need use script populates fields based on selection (and makes them read-only), or clears them , makes them editable. can manually set fields required make sure validated when form submitted.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
