Trying and trying to install CC and still error

hello tired of installing , uninstalling creative clound, tried cleaning tool, uninstalling adobre (keeps saying uninstalled errors) tried app manager , stuck on this: http://prntscr.com/chovm2

i delete folders guides telling me , still have problem please help, getting tired of this!

uninstall cc including cc desktop app.

clean computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart computer (don't skip this)

reinstall cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

use desktop app install cc programs/trials

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
