'New' SRT Caption Display Problem - Windows

i used youtube automatically generate captions short film today. downloaded srt file , imported ppro cc2015.3 on windows machine @ work. first off, srt file imported open caption stream , consequence (i think) unable export captions sidecar file cc. seems different way premiere functioned few weeks ago. have similar sequence youtube-generated srt caption file exported in middle of september must have used srt caption make sidecar file. no longer able export sidecar file captions sequence either.

 

also, newly imported srt file not correctly 'parsed' in captions window. last line of each caption repeated in following caption , caption lines displayed overlapping each other. looked @ srt in word, , not see overlapping text there. captions , timing correct. heck going on? help!

boosting. have exact problem place see talk same problem. it's same thing, download srt file automatic youtube generated captions. when open srt file in premiere, last line of each caption repeated in next caption , words overlap. after selecting text , change position block, text no longer overlapping. going on? , in general, can there more robust features in caption manager? overlapping problem wouldn't big deal if able reformat every single caption instead of having select , change each 1 individually. please!

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
