Problem with clipping layer when using template

i have created template basis of similar memory mate.  when drop photo clipping mask, either "place" or "paste", works expected.  can resize image , move position want no problem.  however, once resize image fit , whatever want template (i.e.: print) , move on adding new image, problems arise. 

 

the template works fine if import image in , don't resize it.  after resizing photo , deleting proceed on inserting new photo, begin have problems. 

 

i delete image clipping mask control-clicking on clipping mask select , either use delete key or edit-delete.  when delete photo, selection outline remains. control-d or selection- delete nothing remove it.  when go layer , come clipping layer, selection remains.  instead of dropping new image empty clipping layer, new photo layer created. 

 

i doing many printouts of template different individuals.  because of production style workflow, want able drop image clipping layer , done, rather importing photo , having apply clipping mask it.  every step can eliminated increases productivity.

 

i don't know if want possible in elements 14 or if doing wrong.  frustrating have work expected first photo fail work expected when moving on next photo.

 

can tell me going on , how fix problem?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
