Media Cache - Need a definitive answer as to what is happening

i continue media cache warning using ae unless manually purge contents.  doesn't matter if it's 80% or 20%, if drive doesn't have more whatever number enter, warning.

after searching , reading numerous threads media cache.  i'm left same question.

 

does adobe automatically recycle cache if disable warning?

is "new" project seeing benefit of cache without me manually purging drive?

 

i don't care "turning off" warning without knowing happening.

funny or sad dozens , dozens of people viewed without knowing...me included.  sorry.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
