Fried Macbook / Lost Serial Number for CS6 / Screwed?

hi all!

 

i fried macbook college adobe creative adobe suite cs6: web , premium edition. technician has looked @ , verified not fixable. still have installation disc adobe software cannot find serial number, , adobe id used purchase under university-assigned email.. no longer active.

 

is there way install software solely disc w/o serial number?

 

any here tremendously appreciated!!

you need serial number.  should able sign in account serial number if email no longer active.  believe need email sign in account.

 

if have access harddrive of failed machine , not fried might able patch , extract serial number installed software.  mac can try:  https://mac-product-key-finder.com/

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
