Error Message When Printing

hello,

 

i'm trying print coupons email sent me smart source mobile coupons. can use adobe reader print them due security reasons. however, forgot had new computer , old printer (an hp inkjet)  hadn't yet been installed on new computer. attempted print coupon 3 or 4 times before realizing had install drivers it. once did that, went , tried print again got message:

 

"there have been many attempts print invalid printer.  printing temporarily blocked.  contact support reference id 'blk-00605' assistance."

 

i haven't been able find way contact support besides forum. how can unblock printing?

 

any appreciated.

i sorry delay in response.

 

could please try opening pdf file in adobe reader, , print printer see if not related smart source only.

also, try print other applications ms word/textedit

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
