Error message in opening ebook

i keep getting "unable open.  errors encountered in item "error message when trying kumar , clark clinical medicine book on window 7 ultimate laptop running ade 4.5.  no problems opening same book on samsung tablet.

 

tried uninstalling ade 4.5 , reinstall ade 4.5  (including cleaning out registry , other residual files ) still no success.   not corrupted ebook files problem can open book in tablet.  have tried downloading books again internet , have been in contact book supplier owho informed out of scope of them.  have deauthorized , reauthorized computer several times. , have tried accessing them different folder on computer still getting same message.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
