ich habe mein abo für photoshop cc verlängert und arbeite jetzt mit einem neuen imac. photoshop kann ich auch nicht aktualisieren. beim wählen der testversion kam die nachricht: von creative cloud wurden Änderungen angefordert. geben sie ihr passwort ein, um dies zu erlauben. gebe ich jetzt aber meine adobe id ein, wird diese nicht akzeptiert. dann habe ich sogar meine adobe id erneuert und bekam per sms einen code. aber auch das funktioniert nicht. hat denn creative cloud ein eigenes passwort? für eure hilfe bin ich sehr dankbar.   herzliche grüße conny das passwort vom admin account des imac eingeben, damit die Änderungen durchgeführt werden können.
