Elements 12 missing tags

i reset windows 10 per dell's support tech recommendation.  after programs/apps reinstalled, no ps elements 12.  ps elements 12 found, photos reloaded, of tags gone.  how can tags back?

 

i have crashplan online full backup of hard drive external backup of hard drive , neither shows content in elements 12.  why???

hi,

 

in photoshop elements, file->restore catalog , point backup have of photoshop elements(i assuming had taken catalog backup before resting machine) restore catalog time. tags should reappear time did backup. newer have re-imported pse organizer, , of course newer files not have tags.

 

in future, need regularly backup catalog drive physically different 1 store original photos. file->backup catalog.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
