Failing to install ipa on iOS10 device using Adobe Animate

hi all,

 

installing app compiled air version 23 , below works great when use device ios 9 (or lower), fails when test devices using ios10.

if try install app on connected ios device using adobe animate, receive ol' application verification error. while if try install directly itunes (tested both previous version , newest [v. 12.5.1.21]), nothing happens.

 

anyone has clue what's causing this?

i tried sample application , able install ipa on ios 10 device using animate cc.

i tried different ios deployment types , works fine types , published on ios 10 devices.

 

development environment:

airsdk used: air_23.0.257

device used: iphone 6 plus (10.0.1)

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
