Creative Cloud does not update

finally got working security team here , have updates downloaded. creative cloud lists applications need update. click on 1 , popup shows ups application name , option update or cancel. clicked update , popup goes away. cursor shows animated circle 5 10 seconds , went away. nothing happened. same applications need update. tried text link "update all" @ top. nothing happened @ all. stays few hours. of them still need update.

 

what's wrong?

mac or windows, , version of operating system?

recent mac , windows operating systems have been known cause "odd" problems

are using computer administrator account full read/write permission?

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
