illustrator is not precise with the rectangular grid tool option

do know grinds gears?

 

it's when set rectangular grid 500mm x 500mm , 500 horizontal dividers per 500 dividers.

i found out between lines space not 1mm 1,001mm or 0,998 mm. pisses me of much.

 

because wanted simple task draw grid of 500mm x 500mm both 500 horizontal , vertical dividers each

 

and grid of same size thicker lines on top with  both 50 horizontal , vertical dividers.

then going print on paper make notebooks checkered grids.

 

the lines not in correct places!!! why that?

as (mis)understand it, need use 1 divider less in each case: 499 dividers (along outer square frame) give 500 squares, , 49 give 50.

 

what have 501 , 51.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
