Going live - Asked to provide details to create an "A Record"

i not sure post question please forgive me if have chosen wrong forum.

 

i have customer has old site own site hosting , email hosting.

they want continue using current email hosting once go live bc.

 

i see in bc admin under "site domains" can add mx record point own mail exchanger techo's telling me setup tied domain , if adobe handles dns prevent existing email working. performing whois on domain see current setup is hosted colo4.

 

so instead of setting dns adobe have asked me provide them details them create record on side point new bc site.

 

can done , if find details provide them?

a-record means pointing web traffic domain bc site.

you not configure domains in bc in bc.

configure domain setup external , provide person managing domain a-record information.

both options explained here:

add domain name site using external dns service

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
