Bridge CS6 and Lightroom 6

what principal differences between these two. bought used mac had bridge seems use lightroom. i'm new of , working photos exclusively.

bridge companion program used photoshop , other adobe applications. in relationship photoshop, bridge allows browse through images , choose of images sent photoshop modified. bridge can configured double clicking on images automatically open them in camera raw. bridge enables organize images.

 

very loosely speaking, think fair lightroom is, in sense, combination of bridge , camera raw. lightroom has many tools modifying images. 1 thing new users don't seem understand adjustments made using lightroom not applied images. instead, adjustments stored in catalog (which database) , applied image when displayed. simplistic comparison of lightroom , bridge. there many other capabilities in lightroom not part of bridge. lightroom more of complete finishing product whereas bridge tool organizing , managing images. itself, bridge cannot make modifications images. can not use bridge postprocessing on images. way use bridge use choose images want open in camera raw or photoshop or both. , use bridge browse through images after have done postprocessing.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
