Trouble building Packages with Latest CCP V1.9.6 Build 56 - Packages never complete "Oops Error"

hi,

     have created packages before ccp , has worked ok.

 

the problem have latest version: v1.9.6 build 56 - packages have trouble completing.

 

for instance - build 2 x packages commonly used adobe apps time have been able work making packages

with less apps.

 

so - no probs - except i'm building last smaller package with:

adobe indesign

and

dreamweaver

and can never finish.

 

it gets around 75% , stops - "!" next 1 of apps "oops has gone wrong".

 

we have looked firewall exceptions , added can find including listed in "adobe creative cloud network endpoints" document.

but no avail...

 

>we have tried on different workstation, flushing cache nothing helps...

**we have looked of these messages haven't found many hits relevant.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
