Crop keyframing is unusably defective?

hi all.

 

was trying simple "typewriter"-style text effect. created title , put crop on timeline event, make letters appear left-to-right.

 

in trying keyframe right crop position, discovered bizarre behavior. example, crop interpolate though numeric values didn't change. same right-crop value produced different results on screen, though both numbers , graph confirmed value supposed steady.

 

i've linked video showing bouncing between 2 keyframes have exact same crop value causes crop rendered differently. note right crop value stays same, text cropped differently.

 

anybody see before? totally broken in cc 2015.4.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
