Presenter 10 audio and animations not syncing correctly when published

i have imported individual audio mp3 audio files 15 slide presentation (one per slide) , play except slide quiz question. in "edit audio files" , "preview" modes, audio works fine (i want full audio play before quiz features invoked/before animations activated). , when in "edit audio files" screen, see animation markers positioned after audio file has played fully.

 

when publish however, audio on slide segmented/stilted--i have select play button multiple times (the same number of "animations" embedded in slide) entire audio play.

 

i have tried deleting slide , quiz in quiz manager--but issue reoccurs.

 

is there work around bug? can edit xml fix problem?

 

i saw couple other questions/discussions on forum seemed similar , might related same issue.

this isn't bug, nature of quiz slides. applying audio difficult because of level of interaction , variation of how interact slides.

 

in experience of working presenter on last ten years find best create slide comes before quiz allows have audio question. gives better control on how audio plays. when done user moves on actual quiz slide. can copy , paste quiz text slide looks quiz slide, not interactive. means users won't able answer question until audio has finished, around in quiz slide if audio work out way wanted.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
