Accidentally moved prog. files to backup - now LR won't start

after email alerted me onedrive discontinuing unlimited(mostly) backup, bought 3t external hard drive. somehow while moving files onedrive cut-and-pasted lightroom program files hard drive , removed desktop. tried "undo" copying files when click on lr program nothing happens other "loading" cursor disappears appears. can't seem find answers through google i'm hoping here has made dumb mistake other myself. literally bought program after computer crashed , lost lr3. help.

have tried reinstalling lr?

 

moving lr program files, hard in either applications folder, on mac, or c drive program files folder, windows, , should having nothing original 1 drive folder, not delete catalog file or lr previews folder. wouldn't move or delete user preferences or presets.

 

so reinstalling program set right , have open existing lr catalog file. if lr didn't automatically see , open original catalog file on own.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
