No playback. No Audio. Nothing!

i working on project last night.  worked fine can be.  saved project, closed pp, , shut down pc.  woke up, turned on pc, opened pp , got no playback.  can hear audio, time line cursor wasn't moving.  able scrub, no playback when scrubbing. found odd since made no changes preferences or pc.  uninstalled pp , reinstalled , made things worse!  now, preview screen black, space bar doesn't start playback, , can't scrub. 

 

i able export project prior re-install.  there weren't problems export. 

 

i bought pc last week , installed pp , used first time last night! 

 

windows 10 64bit  - intel quad i7 6700k - 32gb ram - amd radeon rx 470 4gb ram - 2 monitor set up

 

anything advice fantastic!!  in advance!

which version of premiere pro?

 

did win10 install update part of shut down?

 

do not count on windows date when comes device drivers

go vendor site sure have updated driver graphic adapter

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
